Paul was instrumental in the purchase of our new Lake front property. Paul’s experience and knowledge was the reason we were able to close the deal. I was having issues with a lending institute regarding elevation certificates however Paul’s tenacity worked in our favor and the lending institute reversed their stance on the flood zone status. Even though this was a FSBO property Paul knew my wife and I were interested in a Lake front property in this area and he arranged a meeting with the acting President of the condo association and discussed the need for maintenance on the building with the other tenants in the complex. I know of no other Realtor who would spend that amount of time and energy working for us with a FSBO property. Now that the ownership of the property has been transferred to us we will be selling our current condo which we purchased in 2011 through an action where Paul was there to helped us with the contract and finding a lender to work with so you guessed it, we will be employing Paul Balzotti to represent our property from start to a full price finish.
