Birh Bay, Washington
Birch Bay, at the south end of Blaine, is a thriving resort area that is one of the fastest growing areas in Northwest Washington.
Summers offer a variety of activities, such as golfing at one of the many golf courses (Loomis Trail and Semiahmoo are both very highly rated), swimming, clamming, crabbing, or enjoying the fantastic view while dining on the deck of one of the many restaurants along the beach.
What better time than winter to enjoy those long beach walks or view the spectacular sunsets. In addition to myriad home styles (including a large gated community) there is a variety of rental accommodations to choose from. There is also a large waterfront state park. An easy drive to Blaine (10 minutes) or Bellingham (about 25 minutes to Bellingham), allows for a great variety of employment opportunities.
