Paul Balzotti's Easy Exit Listing Agreement If Paul is not pleased with the service he receives, he tries to correct the problem by expressing how he feels to the appropriate party. If he does not feel he is being recognized as an important consumer, he will not seek service from that vendor again. So Paul does not want anyone ever to feel locked in to working with him, if they feel his services are not getting the job done, or they simply have a change of plans. He offers this service because he knows once you experience the level of service and the marketing efforts he provides, this is almost never an issue. But if for some reason you are unhappy with the service that Paul, or John L Scott Real Estate is providing, we expect you to voice that to him, and he will do everything in his power to increase the level of service and make it work for you. Every listing and every marketing plan is unique, and he will stay flexible to your needs. If you feel that you would receive better service somewhere else, he will release you from your listing agreement. He would rather that you walk away impressed that he honored his word than for you, rather than be stuck in a listing agreement which you cannot break. Sometimes life changes can happen where you no longer need to buy or sell anymore. Whatever the reason is, you can always exit out of a listing agreement with Paul, and their is never any cancellation fees attached to this option.
