Real Estate is something I was born in to—second generation. I've embraced it as my full-time and lifetime career choice. I am married to Andrea, and have a daughter named Riley and baby boy on the way. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading non-fiction, and sports. I like to golf and fish, and love watching (or playing) football, basketball, and baseball. I am a huge Seahawk fan!

My earned designations are as follows:

CRS Certified Residential Specialist. The highest designation for Residential Real Estate. Less than 4% of all Realtors hold this designation, which requires a combination of experience, sales, and advanced courses.

E-Pro Internet Marketing Professional. E-Pro designee's have been trained to offer the best in on-line marketing and expertise for their clients.

GREEN Designation: Certified in course teaching Residential Green construction, as well as remodeling and green renovation methods, with an emphasis on promoting a green lifestyle and educating buyers on making homes more energy efficient.

ASP Accredited Staging Professional
Andrea specializes in Professional Home Staging. We have been certified and trained to help you stage your home. Staged homes have proven to sell for more money, in less time!
